Welcome to NESTIFY CABINET. By accessing or using our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Services Description
NESTIFY CABINET provides premium bespoke kitchen and cabinet systems, whole-home custom solutions, and related design, manufacturing, and installation services. All services are rendered subject to a separate written agreement that outlines scope, timeline, and pricing.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the consultation and ordering process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, images, and software on this website are the intellectual property of NESTIFY CABINET or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Custom designs commissioned through NESTIFY CABINET remain the intellectual property of NESTIFY CABINET unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Order and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon mutual signing of a service agreement and receipt of the required deposit. Payment terms, including invoicing schedule and final payment conditions, are specified in the agreement. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. NESTIFY CABINET reserves the right to adjust pricing due to material availability or scope changes.
6. Manufacturing & Installation
Lead times are provided as estimates and may vary due to material sourcing, customization complexity, or force majeure. NESTIFY CABINET uses industry-standard materials and craftsmanship. Installation is performed by our in-house team. Any defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of installation for review.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations are accepted only within 72 hours of order confirmation and are subject to a processing fee. Custom items already in production cannot be cancelled. Returns are not accepted for made-to-order goods. Please contact our project manager for assistance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NESTIFY CABINET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
10. Changes to Terms
NESTIFY CABINET reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
